I started this place in 2007 as a small BBQ and hot dog spot run by my wife and me. Each morning we slow-cook pork until it’s tender and grill hot dogs with care. Guests loved these humble dishes, so we added 100% certified Angus beef burgers, golden catfish, and jumbo shrimp that arrive fresh daily. My wife Martha joined me and brought scratch sauces, breadings, and endless care in every recipe. With tiny house seating and a drive-thru, we treat each visit like a shared meal among friends.

We wanted to use the best ingredients in every dish we serve. With strong ties to local farms and top national distributors, our produce and potatoes arrive fresh each morning. Martha pulls long hours in the back kitchen to make salads, sauces, and breading mixes from scratch. Every lettuce leaf and tomato slice stays crisp, and our fries made from fresh potatoes carry their own comfort. We keep learning, adapting, and bringing eat-in and drive-thru guests fresh ideas each day.

Winning Best Burger in North Georgia for fifteen years straight still feels incredible to me. We’re not part of a chain, just Martha and I running a small family kitchen that cares about every detail. When you bite into our grilled Angus burger, you get a taste of our hometown spirit and hard work. Day after day we see families and visitors share meals in our tiny house and at the drive-thru. Our shrimp plates and catfish found fans, but burgers remain at the heart of our journey.
